Would a very large bank vault built with in reinforced concrete and steel?

Why don't you try and google "Fallout Shelters" There was a time when building them was very popular due to world threats of a nuclear war, back in the 60's I think. I remember working on some guys shelter. It was under his garage and he made me swear to keep it a secret.
