Would there be types of Roommates that should be avoided?

I am currently living in a Studio apartment( a lot less headaches) I am looking to move to a new area. When I first moved to san Antonio i had roommates because it was cheaper then staying in a Motel. I know I hate having roommates as many times they are wasteful when it comes to money. They want to have cable and I do not want to pay for that as I do not even own a TV. They want to buy paper towels when they could use the supermarket flyers that flood the mail or buy a dish cloth. They will want fancy cleaners when they could use bleach, vinegar , ammonia and baking soda. I worry about having to share food costs as I set a menu for myself and buy food based on what the menu is. My food bill is less then 200 a month . I do not worry so much about people eating my food as when i have roommates I change my diet to foods that most people do not eat such as Tofu, sardines and seaweed. when i have roommates it is usually just until i am working and can get a place of my own. I also worry about them partying, stealing my computer, or checkbook. Being energy inefficient,
