How Much Weight Do You Thank I'll Lose Doing This ? 10 Points?

-- If i jog for 30 minutes on a treadmills on a 3.3 speed, do 60 proper sit ups, lift a few weights & work on leg machine a day for 5 days, then eat a banana & green tea for breakfast, snack: handful of grapes or nuts, lunch: tuna sand which or sardines on wheat break with banana & green tea snack: broccoli & dinner: salad with lean meat 2 tbsp of ranch & also play tennis. how much weight do you thank i should lose doing this for 7 months ? No rude comments , let's be mature about this please & thank you & i'm 14 218 pounds (obese) & 5'6 so its doesn't really look like i weigh that much
