Why do I keep dreaming about meteorites, and what's the meaning of this dream I had this morning?

I dream a meteorite hit the earth;killing many people. After hitting the earth, a group of evil men started commanding an army to kill every person, but some were enslaved. Before I was about to die, I was afraid of hell, so pray to God to forgive my sins. I died but I came back to my old body. In my mind, during the dream, I said to myself " God has given me another chance".
