My cat has got what looks like dandruff on her back?

which is especially noticeable as she's got a lot of black fur.It doesn't irritate her and I keep brushing and combing her to try to get rid of it.I've also tried giving her more oily fish such as sardines in case this could help, but it hasn't.It just looks horrible!
