Is lamb a good meat to feed raw? What cuts should I get?

I FINALLY found a place online for USDA organic 100% grassfed/finished lamb. I can buy Rack of lamb, Loin chops ,Sirloin lamb steaks, Leg of lamb ,Pot roasts, Shanks, Kabobs,Breasts,Riblets,Ground lamb, Necks, hearts ,Kidneys,Livers, Stew meat, even a half or whole lamb (although I don't have the freezer space for a half or whole at this time) My dog will not eat bones, well not poultry bones anyways. She will eat sardine bones. She won't eat raw poultry either, as a matter of fact. She will eat raw boneless beef and raw dehydrated bison, kangaroo, and chicken/turkey livers. Thanks!
