I fed a Feral cat in my back yard?

Hi, yesterday i saw a feral cast, and this cat happened to give birth. Yesterday to help her out i gave her milk and today some sardines. I don't want the cat, i'm Just helping it because it's young and it's skinny. Should i keep on feeding her as soon as she's healthy or immediately stop? because i don't want her depending me...
