Homemade sandwiches for lunch.?

Keep the fillings separate from the bread until you eat it, it only takes a few seconds to put it together and the bread will keep from getting soggy. Keep the fillings in a tupperware like container with a re-usable ice-pack on top of it, this will keep it cold enough for the time frame your talking about. You could also use a re-usable insulated lunch bag to carry it all in. You'll save a lot of cash packing your lunch and its usually much more healthy. Be sure to get the right "packing" equipment-its a small investment that will go a long way in adding some convenience to your lunch routine.
