Should the federal reserve and bank of england be turned back to the people?

Both central banks are run as private companies who's shareholders include the Rothschild family. They are run as private businesses which has meant using worthless paper money has served in controlling and enslaving the worlds population in a debt based system. Look at the example of the wall street crash. The natural resources didn't run out materials were still abundant but because the world is run on a debt based fake system everything stopped and this was only of advantage for the few in charge of the money. This situation has repeated itself now with the austerity measures. Nothing in the world has changed, natural resources are the same its just over the years the few printing money have stolen control of everything from us the people. Is it time we took control of our planet and seized control from the bankers?
