I'm a 42 y/o male 6'3 265lbs. I want to lose 50lbs for the summer and tone up.?
i have started a very good diet and cut out all soda red meat candy cakes pizza hamburgers etc. I have been drinking tons of water and eating good raw food and grilled chicken tuna fish and sardines. NO ALCOHOL NO SMOKING! I also have been Juicing 3xs a week. Veggies garlic ginger apples oranges etc(NASTY BUT I DRINK IT). I invented my own breakfast drink of Skim milk, oatmeal, natural peanut butter and two bananas. I drink this Every morning. I dont like the gym but I do go to the local school track 2 days a week and walk in my home area 2 days a week. Push ups and pull ups .. Is this enough or should I be doing more? I see my VERY fat stomache going down a bit..BUT I AM ANXIOUS to see a six pack! Any suggestions and help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks from Brooklyn...
