Can't remember the name of a horror movie...?

I've been trying to find the name of this movie, but I can't find it! It's about a group of people who go to stay in this house that's haunted by these kids and this evil spirit who had enslaved them while they were alive. Theres a scene with this lady who is brushing her hair, and something parts it. One of the guys in the movie gets decapitated by a giant lions head that swings out of a huge fireplace! Please, if you remember this movie leave the name of it! I appreciate it!!
