What are Authorities saying about the Latest death of millions of fish?

I'm sure whatever the "authorities" are saying, like always doesn't add up. It seems more and more these days, anything these so called experts or gov't officials say doesn't add up. At least not for some of us who aren't gullible and like to use our own brain.
