Is there an organic way to feed my kittens?

i have two 3 mo olds and one 4 mo. old and being i have to feed them 3 to 4 times a day. what can i feed them for their inbetween meals. like tuna salmon or even sardines, please help. and O i am not a breeder i am a new multi cat mom...
