Does he like me? (sorry it's long but please help)?

Ok yes this is long but please i need advice, ok i have been friends with this guy i met at school for three years and we are both the same age so age gap is no problem and we both live in the same town. We both go to the same school so we see each other very often. We are both brilliant agony aunts but have a lot of problems ourselves however being really good agony aunts means that not many other people are as good as listening to people as we are, basically whenever something is up say with my life he seems to know just by looking at me that something is up and vise versa. Also we naturally open our feelings up to one another so we always are the first ones to know whats up. Generally we get on very well but have a long history of playfighting though we never mean anything by it. When we argue however we usually are fighting over food as we are both eating machines but we like good quality food and both enjoy sports such as swimming and karate so we are both thin and healthy. We are both fairly smart have generally the same moral veiws and in each others company get on fairly well. We also both have similar interests, music taste, dress sense etc. We both enjoy a good laugh and are really big charactors when around friends but are both very shy in public (we also both have stage fright). I am fairly attractive long blond hair nice figure etc, he is not attractive but neither is he ugly. We have exactly the same friends and aren't really friends with many other people other than a handfull who we both know. Having a tendancy to sometimes go quiet without meaning to means i can get left out but he always seems to notice and hangs back from the others to talk to me. Also me him and a female friend of mine (bisexual) are all flirts by nature and are always flirting with each other as a joke. I have liked him for abou two years but we have both recently been out with other people (he asked her out and i got asked out on almost the same day then we both got dumped in the same week) however he still likes his ex and my ex still likes me also he has a childhood friend who he is very good friends with and always seems to be talking to. One last detail is that just the other day we where sitting with all our friends on this giant concrete wall wondering wher to go next and he put both hands on the wall as if to steady himself but as we where all bunched up tight like a tin of sardines one of his hand was under my thigh, i didn't notice at first but when i shifted to get more comfy i felt it looked at him then his hand and back again and he quickly removed his hand and said sorry but he looked like a puppy that had just been scolded. Also sometimes (not all the time just every now and then) i catch him staring at me which is kinda weird but nice if you know what i mean. Please help me am in desperate need of answers again sorry it was so long thanks!
